My journey started 3 years ago, I was overweight and had suffered multiple miscarriages. I decided to lose weight and get fit. I lost 4 stone 6lbs in less than a year just by healthy eating and exercise. I still had chocolate and I still had real food and the odd bottle of wine. See it is all about balance. I had a successful pregnancy, a healthy baby and put 4 stone back on. So my journey started again, I lost 4 stone again and decided to qualify as a Personal Trainer so I can help women lose weight and keep it off without starving themselves and spending 2 hours in a gym.

We will have a weekly zoom meeting or facetime to catch up about your week. This will be to discuss your diet and exercise and to make any changes to your program.
